I went to the benefit bar at an Ulta and it was very good for $20

What exactly is a benefit bar? I didn't realize it was a "thing" and not a specific place

Well it's called Benefit Brow Bar. In ulta at least, it's just a section of the store devoted to Benefit products, and they do brow waxing, shaping, tinting, apply lashes etc. the aesthetician 'measures' and marks off the brow, does a little consult, waxes, then shapes/fills them.

Benefit is the brand of makeup. Like MAC, Bobbi Brown, etc...
I loved it! Worth every penny! She used specific wax for the face and she used a new stick every time she had to dip into the wax. So many placed do not do that 
It totally changed the shape of my face! She really took her time too!
