Nay for me (at least for my complexion, this stuff did not work)
I have one by Smashbox that I like, it comes in a tube.
ETA: actually my favorite brightener is actually one of those "mosaic" looking powder compacts from Physician's Formula.

Eh not a fan.
It's not bad- but honestly i don't see a differnce when I wear it vs when I don't
Not worth the money really
