Ben's 1st Birthday Party - Really Long (lots of pic)
Hi: I just wanted to share pics of DS's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party this past Saturday. We had a wonderful day. Great weather and he enjoyed every minute of it. I have admit that it was a lot of work, but I had been planning for a few months and it was all worth it. Dh wanted to kill me, since I took pics everything for you to see. lol
These from his actual Birthday
The favors we made were not as perfect as the ones we see here but the kids loved all the stuiff inside.
Water bottles for the adults and the invites I ordered from an online vendor.
Chocolate lollypops we made
Cake from Dortoni. Last minute but they are always delicious. Half caonnil cream/half chocolate moose.
Everyone got a kick of looking at our photobooks.
Ben with the cake before the party started. Good thing we took at least this one since he put his leg in the cake right after. lol
Guy Anthony's catered BBQ. Everything was delicious and OMG that lady was a God send. She helped me with everything in the kitchen, I thought she was only doing her thing. She put out my chips, offerd my guest drinks, washed some dishes, took out garbage, made my coffee, moved the cake and the favors outside and was even going to cut my cake. We waited until later though. I highly recommend them.
We got Twinkle Town to bring a bouncy house, face painting, snow cones and ballons. They were very nice too and the girl played games too. I was really happy with them too.
After the kids had left/fell asleep

Nice job! I still have 10 months to plan but am already thinking about a Mickey Mouse Party, can you send me the vendor that made those invites?

I had the mickey mouse and bought the minnie at Grandma's Candy Kitchen in Wantagh.
