I just saw that on the news. How terrible for his family. The whole thing is just an awful situation for so many people

I can't believe his son was sleeping in the next room and no one else was home...
yes, that's just so irresponsible on multiple levels. yes, he did email his wife to ask her to have someone check in on the son but that 2 yo. boy was alone before the grandfather came by. what if the boy hurt himself before someone came by...

And what if he saw his father dangling from a ceiling? Even at 2, that would be extremely traumatic
