I have a couple x rated ideas 
Seriously though, maybe you guys could do something romantic to reconnect, something you couldn't do with the baby at your side.
ETA: I guess i should give some ideas :)
Besides dinner, you could go to lounge bar, sip martini's, smoke cigars, go to NYC and see a show.
