Besides the regular closing costs what do i need to have at closing?
Im talking money. Tips or whatever. I have a mortgage broker, real estate agent and lawyer.

We didn't tip anyone. Our lawyer had us write a $150 check to the title company and that was it.
Actually, we had to write out a check to the seller for whatever oil was left in the oil tank ($600 for a 1/2 tank).
