Best Baby Carrier?
What is the best baby carrier? I am looking for something easy to slip on and off. I did not have one with my first DS, but now with twins coming and a 3 year old I know I will need my hands free sometimes. They look confusing! What are some easy but good quality carriers?

Best Baby Carrier?
I really love my K'tan, I found my Ergo was too big for my dd ( it could have been I was using it wrong) and the infant insert was too hot for her. The K'tan take a little practice but once you get the hang of it its super fast.

I think it just really depends on the baby. With DS, he loved being in carriers like the moby and peanut shells. The only carrier I could use with DD#2 was the regular bjorn.

Re: Best Baby Carrier?
I love my ergo with the twins. I have a bejorn also. I used it a lot in the beginning, but then I read that it was not good for their hip development. I still use it for when I need to carry/wear them both. The ergo can be worn front and back. The bejorn can only be worn on your front. I MUCH prefer the ergo.
I always bring one of the carriers when we go to the supermarket. I start out with them both in the cart (they are still tiny for 16 months old and fit with room) But I can not strap them both in. Once baby A (its always baby A). Gets fussy and it is no longer safe to have them both in the cart i put her in the carrier.

Re: Best Baby Carrier?
If you want easy I would go with an SSC like the Beco or Ergo. The Bjorn (aka the "crotch dangler") is really bad for their spine.

I love the becco gemini. Lotsmofnmy friends recommended this one to me and I use it very single day. It's great quality and has even better reviews hen the ergo when compared. I also have a moby wrap that is a nice alternative. I have infant twins and a three year old. Baby wearing is a MUST!!! I never wore my first and totally should have. U can accomplish so much

Re: Best Baby Carrier?
I have the ergo and infant insert and really like it! The shoulder pads are very comfy! Only thing is it is hard to put it on by yourself. The top snap across your back is hard to get but I finally have it down!
