best cookie sheets
I hate how cookie sheets get black and gross...can you recommend really good cookie sheets...thanks!

I bought two heavy duty sheet pans from Williams & Sonoma and love them.
MY lighter weight ones from Wilton are starting to get gross looking - but then again I use them for baking and broiling meats.
The W&S ones are stricktly for baking, and I line them with parchment paper.
(Silpat mats are on my holiday wish list).

mine always look like that.. I say just line w/ parchment and it doesn't matter :)
