Best Eye Cream and Concealer

In all of my makeup experience I have never used either.

Can you recommend your favorites?

And two stupid questions--do you put eye cream on the lids or just around the eye area? And before bed or before makeup or both?

I dab eye cream only on the bottom and use only a tiny bit. I put it on before I moisturize (day and night).

I have dark circles and really like Dior's skinflash. It really brightens up the area. I've also used Laura Mercier secret eye concealer and liked that as well.

eye cream all over eye and dab at night and day.

I avoid the under eye area with the moisturizer since it can irritate.

I use amazing cosmetics under the eyes. I have dark circles and this does the trick. it's very creamy and dense. It's not cheap but it lasts a very long time.
