Best eyeliner and mascara that doesn't smudge
I hate the summer.
By the end of the day I have raccoon eyes underneath from m eyeliner and mascara, but the waterproof is so hard to get off. What does everyone use?

I use Stila eye pencil & Neutrogena Healthy Lengths mascara.

Best eyeliner and mascara that doesn't smudge
I use the urban decay eyeshadow primer before putting on my eye makeup. It helps it show better and also keeps it fresh throughout the day.
I was always afraid to use waterproof liner because I never used the right things to take it off so it would hurt my eyes. Now I use the urban decay 24/7 liner (waterproof) and take it off with Ponds cleaning wipes. My eyes are very sensitive and it does not irritate them.

Best eyeliner and mascara that doesn't smudge
My absolute favorite eyeliner that has never smudged on me when all others do is Clinique's Brush On Cream Liner. It is the one liner that I can wear on my bottom lid.
I don't wear mascara really so I don't have any suggestions for that.

I really love Stila Smude Stick Waterproof eyeliner.

IMO Mally is the best, it does not come off! You can get it on QVC it really stays on from the second you put it on until you wash it off. both mascara and eyeliner

Another thing is to just get a waterproof one and look into a really good eye makeup remover
