this joke has been going around the past few days.
but i don't think its meant to be taken in a positive light...more of a derogatory way. at least that's the way i've been hearing it, more like making fun of obama than praise.

I can see how people think its one way -- but the people who sent it to me -- lets just say they are known for sending very off-color jokes about Obama's presidency, so I read it in that other light vs. the one that some are seeing here.
I'm sure as this gets more views, others will see it that way as well.

I tend to agree with Tilde. I don't personally see it as derogatory -- I just saw it as a clever play on words. I guess people could think it was off-color, but I don't see it. (Please correct me if I am wrong and missing something big. This is the first time I'm hearing it. I didn't think "offensive" when I first read it...)

Oh boy oh boy oh boy.... Before the scratchy head guys start flooding in, I should mention something I felt totally unnecessary to bring up, but maybe I was wrong. This guy is a very outspoken black man. He was in middle school, and it didn't surprise me to discover he pursued a career in hip hop ( I believe public relations stuff) so, he is making fun on many levels of not only the play on words, but obama possibly being put on the chopping block already for everything including this pandemic. Ha ha.... Funny. Breathe in, breathe out people. Laugh. If you lose your sense of humor then the swine flu wins!
