Best friend in Hospice care: UPDATE
There are really no questions here, just want to state, that enjoy life, don't hesitate to do things.
I go to Hospice Inn and fix my friends pillow and hold her hand ..and I tell my friend I am here..needless to say she has 4 children and 2 brothers that don't see her..Why? She is suffering so bad....It is so upsetting to see her like that....So tell me what life is all about...They put animals out of there suffering why can't they put people out of there's......
update: she passed this morning. Her children finally said there goodbyes...

I'm sorry to hear that your friend is in hospice.
It's hard. Not everyone can deal with the suffering that the patient is going thru. I do hope that she is getting enough pain meds so that she can be comfortable.
Have you spoken to her children about visiting ? Your friend might need to see them one last time to get "permission" to let go and finally be at peace.
She'll hang on if she thinks that things haven't been settled yet.
I did hospice at home with my mom, and MIL was in hospice care, so I can honestly say, BTDT, and it suck$.

ITA and unfortunately I've also BTDT. She is very lucky to have you. Both you and your friend will be in my thoughts.

I just saw your update, I am glad that she was able to see her children.
I hope that your friend had an easy passing, but I am also sorry that you lost her.
