BEST grilled chicken recipes...
I'm trying to find a new delicious grilled chicken recipe because grilled chicken is boring to me but I want to start eating it to be healthy... but want something that tastes GOOD!
anyone have recipes?

I marinate it in Soy Sauce, a little olive oil, a TON of minced garlic, a bunch of chopped fresh ginger, a few scallions and a few red pepper flakes. The soy doesn't 'cook' the chicken as much as lemon or vinegar does - so you can soak it a bit longer.
I grill it and serve it with a baked sweet potato and steamed or grilled mixed vegetables.
Another thing is to mix 3 Tablespoons of chili and 1 Tablespoon of cumin and a half Tablespoon of granulated garlic with some salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Grill it up. Squeeze a little lime over the cooked chicken then slice it and serve it over yellow rice. I make sauteed onions and peppers on the side and sprinkle in the seasoning mix to serve with it. Round it out with sweet grilled corn or an avocado salad.

Squeeze 1/2 lemon on chicken and let marinate for a few minutes.Add 1-2 cloves of garlic minced.Follow directions for Good Seasons Italian Dressing packet and pour over chicken. Marinate as long as you want and grill it up....soooooo yummmyyyyyy!!!!

by far our fave marinate either with chicken or pork
olive oil in pan, cook chicken for about 10 minutes, then take out of pan and cover in foil.
in same pan, add green onions and garlic.
let it cook for a few minutes.
then add 2 can of either fire roasted diced tomotos or diced tomatoes and chilies(if you like it spicy)
add 2 tbsps of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar.
chicken back in pan, cover and simmer.
soooooo good.

I like the America's Choice 30-minute marinades (though I rarely marinate the whole 30 mins) They are on sale all the time for $1 or full price is $2... they are so good for the price
Favorites are the Southwest (little bit of a spicy kick), Garlic & Herb & of course Teriyaki
