Best marinades
balsamic, olive oil, wochestershire, crushed cloves of garlic, honey, dijon, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and a ton of herbs (use what you have/like - rosemary, lavendar, mint, oregano, basil, thyme, fennel seeds, etc)
white wine, lemon peel (can just peel it in big strips), olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, dijon, rosemary, thyme, crushed garlic cloves
lime juice and zest, tequila, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, agave, cilantro if you have it
orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, crushed garlic, rosemary
soy, rice wine vinegar, honey or agave, sriracha, crushed garlic cloves

My Dominican friend introduced me to it, I don't know how I never cooked without it before. I just made my own batch.
No measurements:
LOTTSSSS of fresh Garlic (I use half of those large containers of peeled garlic) 1 Onion One bunch cilantro, if you don't like cilanto use parsely. 1 green pepper 1 Red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 orange pepper 2 Italian peppers A Bunch of Domincan peppers, they look like the Jamaican peppers (small multi-colored) but those are HOT. If you can't find I guess its ok. Few pimento peppers from the jar Teaspoon salt Take seeds out of peppers and Blend it all up!
I use to marinate, saute, in rice etc...
