best organization for donating a car
we are looking to donate our car,
she runs great, just no ac and needs bearings in the front (I think?)
I want to donate her to a good cause where I know the money will directly help the charity
any input or links to info would be great!

My parents donated their old car to the SPCA in Suffolk County a few years ago.

When i tried to trade in my high school car for a new car when I graduated, they were only going to give me like $100, they said I could donate it instead and they would take care of contacting the company, I signed paperwork and everything. I think it was the Lupus Foundation I donated it to. I think it just needed brakes at the time. Maybe Google 'car donation'?
