Best OTC cold medicine???
What do you find works the best??
My doctor always tells me to take Mucinex but I don't feel like it does anything.

Tylenol cold if you are taking something round the clock.
Really, the thing I find that works best for me is think Nyquil at night. I think it mostly works because it knocks me out enough to get a decent night's sleep so I can rest enough to get better.

I was told to use Tylenol Multi-sympton. Last time I had a cold it def. helped alot!

It depends.
I took Claritin last time I had a sinus thing. I was congested and my nose would not stop running along with a sinus headache.
That worked great. I took the generic.
