Best place to buy hand-held gardening tools?
Please tell me the best place in terms of selection and price to buy hand-held gardening tools. I was thinking about Lowe's, Home Depot and Sears. Is there any other place that I am not thinking of that may be better?
I need basic stuff to plant my annuals. Starting from scratch here. Also, tell me what kind of tools you think I would need that I may not think of.

Lowe's or HD. They have a big selection at a reasonable price.
