Best place to buy Meds?? Paying OOP
Hi Ladies,
We are gearing up for our first IVF in March. I wanted to know if any of you who pay out of pocket could recommend a pharmacy with good prices. Or let me know what you paid. Looking for prices for : Ganirelix HCG Estrace Medrol Doxycycline
Thanks for any information you have! :)

MrsGoldie, thank you for the link. Trying to find a place where I can get "biggest bang for my buck!" It's all so costly without IF insurance coverage.

No real advice, but why don't you see if your GP will write you a script for doxycycline since it's just an antibiotic? It's one less thing to have to pay for OOP.

Medrol, Estrace and Doxycycline is really cheap. My RE would write a script and I had it filled at CVS the Doxycycline is 3.46, Medrol 16.18, and Estrace is like 10.00. Really cheap. I've exhausted my fertility meds too so I found if they write me a script instead of going though Caremark they cover it as a regular script. My ganirelix and HCG I have my RE call Kraupner's and they process it as a regular script instead of fertility script where it hits my IF that is maxed! Good luck

GoodThoughts and TyReseGreen, thank you for those recommendations. Why didn't I even think of that? I guess I feel because I have zero IF coverage, that nothing will be covered from the RE!! My RE had said Medrol, Estrace and Doxy are inexpensive but I didn't realize that low! Which I'm so happy to hear. My RE's office also recommended Kraupner's. I'll call them tomorrow to find out their prices. TyReseGreen, how does your insurance cover ganirelix and HCG even if it's written as a non fertility script (since they are fertility meds)? I would love to have my RE do that but am not sure how my insurance would cover it. I too have Caremark.
