I've bought them from Party city or from Birthday Express and then got a helium tank from party city to fill them.
If you have a specific theme you can do a search on google there are a lot of balloon vendors out there.

I have never bought them but I know party city has them... also the dollar tree sells them.

OMG the dollar stor ein central islip has tons and tons and they are so nice...its on carleton avenue...but also there are some other dollar stores like the one in nesconset on ronkonkoma ave near sundried tomato...are you near there???

Not really - but the party will be in Plainview - are there any dollar stores like that around there?

I went the ebay route but then had to rent a helium tank. In the end for me it would have been better just to go to Party City and have them do it. It was so aggravating

I went the ebay route but then had to rent a helium tank. In the end for me it would have been better just to go to Party City and have them do it. It was so aggravating
you can take the balloons to party city and have them blown up....

You can also try Cedarhurst Paper on Larkfield Rd in E Northport.
There Dollar Tree in Commack (next to Trader Joe's) has balloons also.
