What about the pennysaver or places like that?

I would do craigslist. when I was looking for a home I checked there all the time. It is free. I personally never looked in the pennysaver

when we looked it was all craiglist, signs outside of the house (we drove from block to block looking) and pennysaver. Never looked at Newsday.

We have been looking and never look at Newsday. I usually go onto Yahoo real estate or Frontdoor.com.

craigslist
news 12 has a section and I believe its free (I would post it anywhere you can find thats free)
Also- I would pay the fee and list it on MLS you can do this without real estate, IMO you will get the most traffic there

I think I remember reading that over 50% of homes are sold by the sign out front- so make sure you get a for sale sign to put in your front yard!
