Best Places to buy furniture?
I live in Eastern Nassau so Route 110 is easy accessible. We need a full house of furniture. Which places should be at the top of my list and which should I stay away from? We are at a moderate price range. TIA.

Same! The clearance center in Lake Grove was amazing to work with. We recently bought a kimg bedroom set that was $5,200 in regular Raymour and we were able to negotiate it down to $3000 including a $2000 matress + 5 yr warranty!

Best Places to buy furniture?
We have gotten stuff from Raymour and Flannigan with no issue and their deliveries are fast and the customer service was great.
We got our bedroom set from Drexel Heritage and LOVED LOVED LOVED them. I think their showroom closed down but I think I remember someone telling me they have stuff at the Thomasville location now.
I would stay away from The Place. We ordered our dining room set from them and the entire process was a nightmare.

See, we had the opposite experience with The Place.
We got our bedroom set there.
Not only was it about 2 grand cheaper than the other places, but we had no issues with delivery.
This was a couple years ago however.
Give yourself a day though to go up and down 110.
I also would advise NOT going on a weekend.

Most of our furniture (living room and bedroom set) are from Bob's. Den furniture is from Raymour and Walmart (we have a desk and entertainment center from Walmart and its great quality). I would recommend all of these places.

I have two kids that are very rough on our furniture. We have only been successful with Macy's for couches.
Everything else is pieced together...we have IKEA and Sears to C&B and Thomasville.

I have always had really good luck at The Place on 110. Great mix of styles and everything I have from there, is holding up really well 7 years later.

We went to Raymour and Flanigan for all of our furniture. We would wait for their holiday sales.
Very happy with them!

LOVE Macy's furniture. There's a store we just ordered from on Glen Cove Rd. Ashley's has been good to us also.

we had a really good experience with Raymour and Flannigans and even Ikea. I would not recommend Ashley based on my experience with them a couple of weeks ago.

I ordered my bedroom and dining room from Carolina Rustica. They will beat the lowest price. But if you google NC furniture. or find the brand you like and go from there. I have been extremely happy with Kincaid. It is solid, heavy furniture. I will probably furnish my whole house with that brand.
