Re: Best Pregnancy Massage
Where are you located?
The most populars I heard of on LI is St Tropez in Port Jeff. or Joseph Christopher.
Never been to either one personally.

I second St. Tropez, and I also went to Threaputically Yours which was on 111 in Hauppague!

Re: Best Pregnancy Massage
I had one at St. Tropez and honestly I hated it. I had to lay on my sides and each time she pushed on my back I kept leaning forwards and trying to go on my stomache. I could not relax at all, kept thinking not to go onto my stomache. Don't they make special pregnancy tables for massages? They should invest in them.

You are the sweetest Stef! I wish I still worked F/T & could massage all of the preggos on these boards & relieve them of some pain!
I can't even recommend a place anymore b/c my fellow therapists have all moved on from the spa I used to work at & are no longer on LI. I highly recommend trying to find a therapist/spa that uses "Body Cushions", they are SO comfy when you're pregnant & they allow you to lie face down (as long as you feel comfortable). They are a lot safer than the tables with the holes in them, as the holes just let the weight of your belly just sort of "hang there", putting lots of strain on your lumbar spine (lower back).
Good Luck in your search, you can always go on the AMTA website (www.amtamassage.org) & do a massage therapist search too, find one that specializes in prenatal massage in your area. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Best Pregnancy Massage
I went to Luna Mesa in Center Moriches and they had the open holed table like that. I loved it.
