best probiotcs or natural immune system building products for ds and I
Can any rec natural immune system building for both ds and I? Im hoping it will help him battle all these germy kids in "school".

I think yogurt is great. Does he take a daily vitamin? If not, you can get one prescribed by the ped.
Keep him hydrated and keep his hands clean! That's a big one - DS is always coming home w/ dirty hands and I wash them immediately.

He takes the nasty brown liquid vitamin (when I remember). I am super nuts about handwashing. Yogurt, fat chance. Something else he wont eat. He did for awhile then one day flipped the cup out of my hands.  maybe I can trick him with a yogurt drink or something.
