Best shampoo/conditioner for dyed blonde hair

My mom is going lighter blonde and asked me to go to Ulta and get her some new shampoo and conditioner that will make the color last and moisturize her hair too.

I use L'Oreal Sulfate free for Colored hair. It's a pink bottle. The sulfate free is the key. I find this worked the best for me and my colorist dyes my hair with a brown base with red accents, and sometimes a red/brown base with redder accents. It never gets dull quickly. I also don't wash my hair every day, which is another key factor.
I use Herbal Essences Color Me Happy conditioner because I like it the best and love the way it smells too.

I love this stuff. I get very blonde highlights and it really keeps my color looking great. Not brassy.
