Vitamix hands down ! Nothing else gives the same smoothness of texture and it so quick/ efficient.

im just starting off, but have been doing some research and I did not want to spend the money on the Vitamix right now either. Consumer reports rated the Ninja Master Prep Professional 1004 the same as the Vitamix and it's on average about $60. I just got one today at Target on sale for $49 and got $5 gift card promotion.

Vitamix, but my brother & fsil have the ninja and love that too. Only reason we have a vitamix is b/c mil bought it for us.
