Best snack of the week!
I've been dying for a rainbow cookie lately and yesterday I was in College Point where my parents live. They have the best little bakery called La Cheesecake and I got rainbow cookie bars. I just sliced up half of it with a glass of cold milk and it was sooooo delicious! Best snack I've had all week!

Those are my favorite!! I've been to La Cheesecake soooo many times since becoming pregnant. And since I seem to want their rainbow bars all the time I buy extra when I go and freeze them. They freeze well and then I always have them when the craving hits!
