Best time of day to use OPK?
What's the latest I can test?
AND... how long should I hold my pee for?

I believe in the afternoon is best...and hold it for 4 hours. I usually did it when I got home from work 6:30. Hope this helps!

It's best to test in the afternoon because that is when your LH surges. It is often recommended, however, to test twice daily because if your LH surge is 12 hours or less, it's possible you could miss it.
