Best way to de-bloat
Ive been way off my "diet" i feel very bloated. With thanksgiving coming, I wanted to debloat. Aside from tons of water( which I already drink) what else can I do?

For me it is to cut processed food,meat and dairy, load up on good fats and vegetables. Avocados, nuts, etc.

That sh!t is great I also love the Renew Life Cleanse More. Two of those for a few days in a row and your belly will be flatter then Kate Moss's!
