Best way to freeze leftovers?
I'm starting to cook more and more in bulk and am trying to figure out the best way to freeze leftovers without getting freezer burn. What type of container or bag do you use to freeze food?

For larger things in a casserole dish I will wrap tightly with Saran Wrap and then use a second layer of Aluminum Foil over the top.
For soups, stews, sauces, etc.. I use a Ziploc Vacuum seal bag and suck all the air out with the little vacuum.
