I had my baby over a year ago, and I still have a bit of a stomach. I put ob A LOT of weight during my pregnancy and am just about 8 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight.

What I do now is just run. What exercises should I be doing? I was always under the impression that sit ups really don't do much, but I could be wrong.

Also, any foods that I should eat? Any foods that I should avoid? I am feeling really commited now and think I can make a huge change in my life of eating healthier and exercising more.
