Best way to move magazines, textbooks, notebooks?

I am the queen of bags- I have several tote bags and backpacks, and I used those to pack magazines and work files.

if you have a suitcase that has wheels on it, you can pack them in there and then just pull it... its also less likely to break like a card board box would

Ditto. It is annoying, but much better. I was watching Today show the other day or a show like it and they had moving tips. They said that for books, you want several smaller boxes because once you go to move a big box full of books, you won't go any further. You can't pick the box up. I personally bought several, like 8, 10 gallon rubbermaid-ish boxes for books.

We are using the smaller liquor store boxes for books, you can't fit that many in them so they don't get too heavy.

definitely use small boxes! the 1st time we moved DH packed a GIANT box full of books. Too bad he was the one who had to carry it! Now he knows better!
