Well I *can* tell you not to waste your time at Great Shapes - I was there yesterday with my sister (36DDD) and they had nothing with a lot of support up top. They kept offering halters that she was bubbling out of while they exclaimed, "How VOLUPUOUS YOU LOOK!" She was afraid to walk - they might've fallen out! 
Also - Calvin Klein sells bra sized tankinis. They're pricey, but they fit VERY well.
