Best work out video
Looking for some toning, full body...tried kettle ball by jillian michaels and well, it was to much for me..not a kettleball fan. I have the 30 day shred by jillian michaels..looking to see what worked for you guys, doesn't have to be jillian.

Re: Best work out video
So far I have done T25, I don't think this is fun, it's more of an a$$ kicking workout. I did love it though. I also tried Gamma which is part of T25 but you have to purchase seperately. This consist of weights, not as hard as T25 but it's a great workout to build strength and muscles. I'm currently doing PIYO. Totally different from T25 but yet another great workout. You're mostly doing a lot of planks with downdog position and triceps pushups. There are also some great leg workouts. This is more to define your body without all the high intensity workout. I'm dying to try Charlene Johnson Extreme and Turbo Fire workout. I hear it's lot of fun but moves pretty quickly. I believe Turbo Fire is more about kickboxing.

Re: Best work out video
Try the Bodyrock.tv online videos (either on youtube, the bodyrock website & I think they even have some links on pinterest).
It's all high-intensity & the times vary from 5 min to about 50 min workouts & they're fun!

Best work out video
I just finished my first round of Piyo and really enjoyed it. There's really no jumping, so it's easier on your joints and you don't need equipment. I didn't burn as many calories per workout as I did with T25, but so far I've had great results.

I love the Tone It Up girls. They have awesome videos and free print outs of the exercises. Plus great recipes for food, snacks and drinks.

Re: Best work out video
check out fitnessblender.com. It is a husband wife team that make and post their own workout videos. The videos are free but you can donate to the site or buy a fitness plan but I just use the videos lol I haven't found one I didn't like on there. They even have a search function to find the right workout based on time, calories, equipment and body part.
