Beta help - Updated
Can't believe I am pregnant again for the 3rd time in 5 months. Anyway what do you think of these numbers? They didn't double. I haven't missed AF yet but O early had some pregnancy symptons so tested early. I 4 weeks and this is a natural pregnancy.
Thursday HCG was 55, progresterone 26 Saturday (today) HCG 84 Monday HCG 107 - so still not looking good? I had some light pink spotting today. Wednesday HCG 103 - dropped down and not looking good my dr thinks it's tubal and sent me for the MTX shot on Xmas eve.
Didn't quite double and seems so low to me. Last few times I was preg I had blood drawn at 4.5 weeks and was already at 1000.
So not sure what the above means but number is going up so a baby is growing somewhere right? I am an ectopic risk (had one this past summer) and just need some good news.
I am having a weird pain in my bad side which is my only tube. It comes and goes and is dull. I have a bad feeling. Praying it isn't ectopic. Ughh I just want to know already I am a mess!
When's the soonest he would do an u/s? Last time we wait till hcg was 2000. Have a feeling he will do one sooner but not sure. He is watching me like a hawk.
Edited to add progesterone was a 26

Congrats!!!
U/S is usually done when your beta reaches 1000. How many days past O were you at the time of your first beta?

Re: Beta help
I wouldn't worry about "weird pains" yet. If your beta is only 84, then the embryo is microscopic and couldn't be causing you any pain. It's just going to be the weird aches pregnancy causes.
With my most recent pregnancy, my RE had me come in at 4w6d to check for a sac, but at my last RE, they didn't have a woman come in until 5w4d. So it depends on the RE.
They want your numbers to go up at least 66% in two days. I did the math, and for you that would be a second beta of 91. So, you're not totally out but it sounds right that your doctor is cautious. You must be going in for another beta early this week, right? Good luck!

I am pretty sure I Oed on CD 10 and we DTD that day. If that's when we conceived I got my very first faint BFP 13 DPO and more of a line on 15 DPO.
We also DTD on CD 14 but my CM was drying up and pretty sure we conceived earlier that week but who knows. If I did conceive on CD14 then yeah maybe my numbers would still be low though bc I am only 10 days past that. Hmmm.
I do have preg symptoms, sore boobs and waves of nausea and dizziness.

Thanks for your help! The nurse at my practice freaked me out bc she said I could still rupture even this early. I almost ruptured at 5.5 weeks last time but my hcg was much higher too.
Also the pain went away and now I am crampy all over - I feel this is a good sign. Feeling more positive. Ive been so freaked out and cried a few days in a row.
So did u see a sac at 4w6d?
I think he is going to repeat bloodwork tomorrow and maybe keep going every 48 hrs.

Same here with my DS. To answer your question, my first US was at 5.5 weeks. Good luck!

Re: Beta help - Updated
Update only went up from 85 to 105 in last 48 hrs. Had some light pink spotting too. Ughh. Not looking good. Running hcg and progesterone tomorrow again and he said we will know more then. Hoping they get my labs back before they close at 12 otherwise I won't know anything till Friday :(

Re: Beta help - Updated
I updated my original post with all my betas. I think others may find it helpful if they are looking through old ectopic posts and trying to make sense of their numbers. Anyway, the levels dropped a bit from 107 to 103 and my dr was concerned it's ectopic again and sent me to get the methotrexate shot. He said erratic and slow rising numbers plus my history is not a good sign. I had to go Xmas eve to the hospital to get the shot - what a bummer :(
As of today, 4 days post shot, my hcg has dropped from 103 to 96. No bleeding yet. Anyway that's all for now :(

Re: Beta help - Updated
Thx all I just hope we made the right decision. I think the drop in numbers definitely indicated a problem but I begged my dr to check my beta one more time or at least let me get thru Xmas and then do the shot after Xmas. He said no way, his words exactly "I will sleep better tonight if you go get the shot right now." He freaked me out. I think he was jus worried about me potentially rupturing.
Anyway now we have to wait 3 months to TTC again for this drug to get out of my system. I have to set up a consult with him to see what to do next. Do we re-run hsg? Try naturally again? Or move to IVF? Ugh decisions decisions and will post more questions in another post.
