Beth Lowe RAVE!
Now that we have finally closed on our house I had to take the opportunity to mention how amazing Beth was to work with. We started looking for a home back in July and within hours of our first conversation she had set up appointments to show us properties we liked. The house-hunting process was pretty much all-consuming and it really felt like she was in it with us. I don't think there was ever a time that I emailed or texted her that she didn't respond back within the hour, and I emailed her at all times of day and night.
When we finally found our house she fought for us for weeks (literally) to get us the best price, and it was not easy. She kept fighting and negotiating even after we had given up and it was because of her that the seller finally agreed on a price. So it is no exaggeration to say we would not have our home now if it weren't for her.
Overall, she was just SO easy to work with and she's great at what she does. She even won over my parents, who are the biggest cynics EVER - even they loved her after they met her. It didn't matter to her that our budget was very low for the area we wanted. She worked hard for us up until the end and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. We are customers for life.
I've never posted a rave before, but our experience with her was too good for me not to say anything. DH and I will miss working with her.
