Is that the one on Hempstead Tpke?
If so... that place is hit or miss. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes to change my address.
My wife was stuck in there for over an hour when she had to go back to change her name.

I've never had a problem there, although one time the computers were down, and I waited about 10-15 extra minutes.
