Better Business Bureau question
Does a company have to respond to a BBB complaint? I filed in August and the company has yet to respond. Will BBB contact them again?

If the company doesn't respond, the BBB will rate them an F. They contact them at least 2x - each with deadlines. A company can get rid of the F much later with an appropriate response.

they dont have to, but then they get a bad rating on the BBB website, and i guess in any other BBB publications/directories.
they try a few times and then will close the case if there is no response. i filed a complaint against our movers and they never responded...a**Holes..
