BF and AF cramps - what can I take?
Well, she showed up for the first time 11 weeks after giving birth and she has come back with a vengeance. MAJOR CRAMPS. Being that I am BF, what can I take - if anything - to help with the cramping? Thanks ladies!

I recently asked my Ped about what OTC things can I take. she said anyting you could take when pregnant you can take while BFing.
when in doubt, call your ped office and confirm before taking. Hope you feel better!!!

tylenol is the only thing I was told I can take for pain

Motrin, that is what they gave me in the hospital and that is what I take now too.
