BF moms/anyone taking Nora-BE birth control?
I am about to start taking them after having my prescription for 2 months lol how long should you use back up? in the instructions it says 48 hours but I think my doctor told me 3 weeks? now I am confused?

I think most doctors say the first month to use back up. But I never have

I stopped BFing last month and just started regular combo BCPs again, but I took Nora-Be for three months. The package does say 48 hours, but then I had sex after about a week and then totally freaked out that I may be pregnant again and made the doctor give me a blood test to make sure I wasn't! He said you should really wait a month to be on the safe side, although it probably isn't necessary.
