BF moms who use the easy expressions bra - STUPID ?

okay, i feel really stupid asking this, but HOW DO YOU GET THE THING ON?

if i put the bustier on and then stick the breastshields in the material gets stretched out.

and it's really awkward if i try to put the shields in the holes from the inside and then try to zip.

i'm not sure if this is making sense, but i think i needed an instruction manual for this bra

I bought the hands free bra, that looks exactly like a bra. Its easy to use too.

I saw that one and looked too complicated for me. I needed an easy one for work.

I have that bra too. I basically put the hands free bra on and zip it up. Then I posiiton the shields and put the end thru the hole, and then attach the valve/bottle part on the outside. This way nothing really gets streched out. The key is to separate the shield and valve to 2 peices and then reconnect
