BF moms...how much caffeine do you drink?
I have my one cup of coffee in the AM and I'll steal sips of DH soda during the day but that's it....
I do wish I could drink my sweet tea though

Every once in awhile Ill have a cup of coffee about 2 times a day or so and once in ahile Ill have some tea with caffeine. I do eat chocolate.

Maybe a soda 2 - 3 times in a week (usually on the weekend) but I do have some chocolate more often.

I have coffee in the morning. Sometimes I'll have soda during the day. Honestly, I don't think about it all that much.

Usually none but sometimes it's either a car accident or caffeine (I work up to 30 hours at a time). I figure a living mommy and a little hyper baby is better than no mommy...

None. But I have SVT (rapid heartbeat) and caffeine makes it worse, so I stopped drinking it a long time ago.

I am on a limited diet, so I really don't get caffeine...but I would never have given it a second thought. I think everything in moderation.

I've only BF twice a day for the past few months but I would drink a medium DD coffee every morning. It's funny because for the first six months I would never ever drink caffeine.

I'm down to BFing 2-3x a day. I have always (and even during pregnancy) had my one cup of coffee in the morning. Once in a blue moon, I need to have a 1/2 can of Coke. Everything in moderation.

Yesterday was an exception though, it's usually 0-1 a day.

When I was BF'ing I drank both coffee and tea and ate chocolate. Couldn't tell you how much, but I did drink coffee as a hobby during my mat leave!!!
