BFing & return of your period
If you are/were BFing, when did your period return? Did you know it was coming? Sorry if TMI - but what was your CM like?
I think mine is coming - I'm only 10 weeks PP - I've had lots of mucus-y discharge and it seems like my supply is dropping

5.5 weeks.
had no idea. stopped pp bleeding at 5 weeks...then out of nowhere, bright red.
My periods were heavy and long while I nursed. Made me furious every month and cheated to think I should not be getting them at all!
hopefully it's not your period!

I just got mine for the first time at 8 weeks PP and 4 weeks after I stopped BFing . . . .
Had no idea it was coming. Started out light, got heavier and crampier and is still here after 6 days . . .

Janice - did it affect your supply? i read the increase in estrogen causes it to drop temporarily. Did you notice any difference?

mine was always out of control...so i have no idea.
but my sisters dipped drastically the first 2 days of each cycle.
she would pump just to make sure she was covered for those days.

I got mine 5.5 months PP. They have been fairly regular since, which is weird for me because I have PCOS.

DS is 9.5 months and no period yet. I do get cramping alot so I have been "sure" it was coming for the past 3 or 4 months ...but nothing yet.

7months pp and no period yet. I have been getting the mucousy cm too, but nothing has come of it yet. Every month I am convinced it is coming, but I am sure it will be here soon!
