BFing mamas, am I the only one who still feels like a bottomless pit 9 months in...
...I swear I am always hungry. I eat balanced meals, drink plenty of water but I am still always hungry! I think with my older son this had gotten better by this point, but not this time! Am I the only one?

11 months in and yep, still eat like I'm pregnant.
We just had a birthday celebration at work - pizza party. I am now back in my office starving - I was embarassed to take a 3rd slice but I'm so hungry still

oh geez, it lasts THAT long. DS is only 6 weeks but I thought something was wrong with me because I eat 2 lunches a day and still need a snack to make it to dinner time... I'm never going to lose this pregnancy weight lol

oh thank goodness! I thought it was just me!! I eat all the time, too. At least twice what my SO eats and he weighs almost 100 pounds more than me! I even thought I was preggers again because I was eating so much. My son is 11 months old now and we cut down the BFing to once a day.

I am having a really hard time this time around. I am always super hungry. I don't get it. I lost a lot of weight after having DS but now I'm putting some back on. I am so upset lately with the way I look.

I have never been so hungry my entire life ( I was always a person that could eat anything and not gain an ounce). Not anymore, everysince bfing I eat so much,am always hungry and have put on weight. That is the one thing about stopping that I'm looking forward to...loosing this appetite and dropping pounds! In the meantime I'm having fun stuffing my face lol

This morning @ 7am I had a cheese stick, 2 whole grain waffles with apple butter and a cup of tea. It is 9am and I am starving.
I am 5months PP and dying all the time of hunger. I just started seeing a trainer to get in shape and he said it is normal. However, the obvious key thing to do is fill up on whole grains and food that isn't processed that will keep you fuller longer (easier said then done!).
He actually suggested the "Full Bar" to eat in between meals (not before meals as suggested). I have yet to try it but I am going to try it out and see if it helps!

YESSSS! it makes losing weight ridiculously hard. and this diet i'm on is KILLING ME! i am trying to eat enough to sustain my supply, but also to slowly drop weight!

oh, thank God I thought I had recently injested a tape worm
for me, it ebbs and flows, but this has been a hungry few weeks.
