Re: BFing question...
They didn't for me! Aside from sushi and feta cheese (I don't like it that much) I pretty much ate regular while I was pregnant. After I had the baby I didn't restrict myself at all and DS never had any reactions. I know that some people find their babies react differently to spicy foods or to garlic, but DS was fine.

Re: BFing question...
I never went out of my way to avoid certain foods while pregnant or nursing. It's all about eating things in moderation.

Re: BFing question...
No restrictions for me. Some babies get gassy after foods like broccoli but my son never had any problems.

Nope. You can eat anything you want while your breastfeeding.

Re: BFing question...
The restrictions that continue are alcohol, reduced caffeine and the mercury fish. You also can't take some medications still. All the stuff that could give you listeria when pregnant (cold cuts, soft cheeses) aren't a risk to the baby when bfing.

Other that steering clear from alcohol which I don't drink anyway you ought to be fine 14 months later DD isn't bothered by anything
