BFN & BFP questions...Update on me
Has anyone gotten a BFN at 14 DPO & then got a BFP???
I am not sure what is going on with my cycle this month but it was the first month using OPK's & I got a surge on the 15th & 16th day of my cycle. We did BD on the 14th & 15th day & then CD 17. Never had any clear cut symptoms but just weird things happening & thought there was a possibility I was PG.
Today is CD28 & 14DPO & I tested this morning. BFN but still no AF in sight. My cycles have been running on average 31 days....

Well, it looks like AF showed up at lunch time  I guess we are onto Month 4.
On the bright side, my cycle is back to normal at 29 days 
here is to all in the 2WW

I have heard of BFN's up until AF is due or even past due. There is still a chance.

Same here. I was just talking to my sister about this (she's due with her first in 2 weeks). She took a PG test that came up BFN and 3 days later took another one that came up BFP. She was unsure of her cycle too since she had just come off the pill.

I've gotten negatives on CD 14 and then not tested again until CD 17 and got a BFP

I just wanted to add that after I had already gotten my BFP with FRER, I was still getting BFN with other brands

Are you sure you 14DPO? If you got a positive OPK on day 15 and 16, you may not have O'd until CD17. If you're at CD28 today, then you may only be 11DPO.

There is a good chance I didn't O until CD 16 or 17...I am so new to the OPK's! So therefore, I would only be either 11DPO or 12DPO....I guess I will have to wait until the end of the week!

I got a BFN w/ the Dollar Tree test on the same day I got a BFP w/ a Clear Blue Easy digital test. I think there's still hope.

USUALLY (but not always), you O the day after your surge. I would say you didn't O until CD16 or 17 - meaning you're still on the early side.

Thanks for clearing that up for me..Like I said, this is all so new....Now i am wondering if we did miss our opportunity...I am going to have to go home & check my calendar LOL!!!
