BFP! So happy to join you here!
Hi there
I got my BFP a week ago but haven't posted on here yet, because, well it just doesn't feel real! I cannot believe I am actually pregnant! I am so so excited but also so nervous until our first dr appt on 11/21. How did you stay calm until that first appt????
I'm looking forward to posting on here and learning as much as I can from all you mommies to be!

Staying calm for that appointment was so difficult for me. Just remember to take care of yourself.
Before you know it you will get to see your little one during your internal!

Congratulations! I have no advice on how to stay calm except to take it day by day. Before I started feeling movement, I was very nervous before each appointment. It's hard not to worry, but try to relax.
