Bib? Any suggestions...I am out of solutions..
DD refuses to wear a bib at all.
I've tried the tie kind, the over the head, the velcro. She rips them all off.
Right now she eats with either no clothes or just pants on and I dont' want her to eat like that all summer, and she def can't eat like that at people's home or restaurants.
Any suggestions? Any tricks?
My next step is to clip a papertowel or washcloth to her, but knowing my daughter she'll figure out a way to take that off too.

How about one of those smock like things? I got it from Robeez, but from what I hear they sell them in Target too. They are a little pricey, $14, but they work great.
Here is a pic:

I wonder when this stage will end?
I wish she had a fav character-she doesn't :)
I think I am going to try that smock type one next. I am heading to Target this weekend, hopefully they have it!
Otherwise my little gianna is going to continue to eat naked or get her clothes dirty when we are out

What about the kind with a snap? I have a few of those and they stay better than velcros, esp after you wash the velcro ones alot and they get little threads and stuff in the velcro. Otherwise, I've used a butterfly clip to keep a bib on my kids. For some reason none of my kids ever liked a bib at mealtime when they were small which as you can imagine is just so messy.

I got a few vinyl type ones that actually look like smocks, they have armholes in the and it looks like a short-sleeve bib. It velcro's on the back of the next, but since the arms are in sleeves, its too hard to get off. I got them in CT while we were on vacation, but I am sure some store around here must sell them!

Do you have any that she puts her arms in? Those are a bit more of a challenge.

What about letting her pick one out at the store? Maybe she would like it better then?

Towne Auction - my mom calls it the junk store. It's near where we vacation in Moodus, in a town called Colchester. Might be far for you??

I got similar ones yesterday at Babies R Us, sounds actually exactly the same. It looks like a smock, short sleeved, with velcro around the neck! They had them for $3.99 for one.
