Big changes...
DH just called me at work, and put Alex on the speakerphone, and she told me, "mommy I went poopy on the potty!"  I think we are well on our way to full fledged potty training!
And, to boot, we decided to wean Alex from the Paci, using the same "theme" as her potty power dvd - I told her that Paci's are for babies, and that now that she's a big girl, she doesn't need one.
After one night of crying, last night she went down without a peep, and in fact, smiled up at me as she was laying down in bed, and told me she's a big girl now
