Big Daddy's- Massapequa
On the way back from car shopping DH and I wanted to get a late lunch and as we were sitting at the light we saw Big Daddy's on the corner. For literally YEARS I have been wanting to go in there to eat.
We got there around 2:30 and were just in time for the brunch menu (ends at 3). My husband had the brisket sandwich and I had the blackened chicken sandwich. Both came with sweet potato fries and a pickle. Although the fries were cold the sandwiches were AMAZING. Definitely a great little spot to have lunch and I really want to go back for dinner.
All I can say though is BEWARE OF THE DRINKS. I had ONE Hurricane and I was giggling and acting like a 5 year old the entire way home

LOVE that place! their food is so good! and i have heard the same about the drinks, my friends get teh hurricanes

Duuuuuuude...I went there for a friends birthday dinner and had ONE twister and drank water after that because I was driving.
They make a GOOD but STRONG drink!
I recommend the crawfish etoufee it was most deliciousness.

Love the place but on Fri and Sat nights it can be a long wait and NEVER try and go during Mardi Gras

I don't typically like 'bbq' places.. but your drink warning is like a glowing neon "GO TO THIS PLACE!" sign to me! It's now on my list!!

It's not just bbq, they make creole dishes too. The food is pretty good.
