Big scare last night
I left work early because of the weather and while I was on the train, FH called saying he was at the vet and he needed to know exactly what Cooper ate for b-fast that morning... I had no idea what was going on and Aaron was too worked up to make any sense so the vet got on the phone.
I guess when FH got home from work last night, Cooper was all broken out in hives and his face was swollen 2x it's usual size  . I told the vet exactly what Cooper had for b-fast... his usual... and what time he ate. The vet said we needed to stay up as late as we can to keep an eye on his breathing because if any of what's on the outside is on the inside, it can affect his windpipe and he could stop breathing 
He gave him a cortazone shot and immediately the swelling started to go down. We have no clue how this could've happened. The vet said it's something that happened instantly after he was bit or ingested whatever caused the swelling but his food is so monitored and he isn't really left with any toys during the day. We think he got a bite... but all last night we wiped down the hallway where he hangs out when we're not home with hot water.
Coop's fine now, but we were so scared. The swelling went down 100% but we're still keeping a close eye on him. Say a few prayers if you can that he doesn't start to swell again. My poor little man... he was acting completely normal too, so at least he wasn't uncomfortable.

maybe it was a spider, i have killed a few in my house the last few days.

I was thinking the exact samething while reading this.. must have been a spider. i know when i get bit by them i swell up.
your baby is okay.

This has happen to Casey twice.
This is why we keep Benadryl in the house for her.
We think it is spider-bites.
But no one has confirmed it though
 It is sooo scary!!

We were thinking spider bite too... esp. because FH killed one the day before yesterday... maybe he didn't kill it after all.
